Here are the recent cards that i designed using adobe illustrator... hehe... glad that i am improving... and oops, no more scrapbooking?!

sweets and fruit baskets

sweets basket for ketyng on her birthday :) she is a sweet tooth person!

fruit basket for Grace... for speedy recovery!

i bought the baskets from a shop at tmn sentosa... hmmn... and i bought the fruits and the sweets... they look not bad lar? lol... can sell?

5 papers

• i joined the daringcardmakers challenge again.
• This card was done using 5 papers (1st is background green paper; 2nd is the lemon and strawberry paper; 3rd is the yellow and white paper (with some straps); 4th is the little yellow flower paper; 5th is the orange scallop paper).
• birthday card for hweelie on her 31st birthday... which falls on 31 May :)

The Sound of Music

Rockers are cool type. So i chose black as the theme. the rugged Bass and the Diamond brads are to emphasize the coolness of the rocker. lol.

MUM's the Word

my 2nd time joining daring cardmakers' challenge.

pink is a bit too sweet for a mum...

so i think dark purple is just nice. mature and elegant. lol.

i use lace, ribbons and buttons. the centre of the flowers are metal roses which i bought in KL long time ago. hope u like the color combi... :)

dumb dumb

bought the little wooden birdie at S$1.20... love it coz it looks super dumb... lol.

oh well, the bling bling name "ahzou" doesnt look nice at all.

farewell

this is another farewell card. peipei is leaving us to further her studies in Perak... pretty far.

the color combi of this card is brown and blue... hmmn... a bit dull???

old MacDonald's farm

sarah is leaving us to further her studies in KL, so i made her a farewell card (with my signature sweating cow on it, lol)... also to join the challenge posted on Daring Cardmakers .

the thick foam sticker made the cow a little bit of 3D effect. Diamonds on the 2 big flowers and the background are the combination of few color pattern papers + ribbons. hope you like it! :)

tom & mynn's wedding

• tom and mynn approached me to help them on the wedding invitations...
• here are few of the designs i came out with...

• The color theme of the wedding is maroon.
• However maroon is not a color that can stand alone, so i added some pink and white, to add on the sweetness of the wedding... at the end they have chosen the last one...
• lol... i know i need to practise more on my illustrator skill, more rooms to improve!

a friend of mine, who is a secondary school teacher, ordered more than 70 birthday cards from me for his students in school. how sweet. here are some of the samples.

i use little marbles on this card.

coaster - wedding favor

wedding favor - custom made coaster.

(the materials: laminated on the surface, foam at the bottom, it is the same as the normal mouse pad you see in the market. the size is 8cm x 8cm, the thickness is about 0.3cm.)

The price varies on the amount order as well as the number of color used on the design.

church wedding

• teikhong & su ann's church wedding in KL.
• the color theme of the wedding is white + lime & olive green.
• the flowers on the pew and arch are artificial flowers.
• birdcage is to replace the old-fashioned red-packets box.
• i made the bridemaids' hand bouquet as well, they are real roses :)

Guestbook

Custom made Wedding Guest Book.

- Chris & Jacq requested a giant guest book as they have more than 500 guests on their wedding day. the size of this guest book is A3 and according to their wedding color theme (silver, white & red). the contents are in good quality smooth surface chipboard.
